| Job Description: | Job Title Fundraising Campaigns Manager Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK Salary Scale: Based on experience HRF Purpose: HRF provides emergency relief aid and assistance to ordinary people caught up in extraordinary, life-threatening situations. HRF's ultimate goal is to save and preserve life. Job Purpose: Managing fund raising activities and develop plans for generating funds for the Foundation. Also to ensure outstanding PR to keep the charity in the public eye. Reporting To: Director of HRF Key Responsibilities >To efficiently plan, develop and implement fundraising campaigns and appeals. >Maintain existing funding relations through quality donor care. >Explore and identify new donors and funding sources. >Keep HRF Director and other relevant parties informed about major funding opportunities or threats and the HRF effect upon decision making. >Manage routine campaigns include mailing appeals, events, exhibition, conferences and dinners. >Manage the campaign’s budget >Plan and manage the campaigns/activities budget >Regular communication with HRF branches regarding campaigns and explanation of policies >To recruit, manage, motivate and retain staff and volunteers for campaign purposes >Undertake any other reasonable duties that are consistent with the job and at its level of responsibility as and when required by the management. Person Specification >>University Degree in Marketing, Fundraising or related field. >>Proven record of raising funds. >>An ability to manage several projects and tasks at the same time and to prioritise where required >>Clear, concise, skilful and persuasive written communication of an excellent standard with particular attention to detail, proof reading and copy editing skills >>Strong IT skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint >>Familiar with legal and regulatory issues relevant to fundraising, marketing and charitable giving. >>Team player.
